Could not be more pleased with the process. Although obviously very hard on us, they were compassionate and I did not feel rushed. They made the process as easy as possible and we are so grateful.

Dr Velasco was wonderful with Maddie our Goldendoodle. We had her for 16 years and she made it very comfortable for us. We were blessed to have her in the end for Maddie at home.

From the initial phone call through the crossing and the after-care services, Dr. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and compassionate. I cannot recommend her enough and will ALWAYS use her going forward for my fur-babies. It was an amazing gift for my little boy as well as my family. Thank you.

I was in a really bad spot with my beloved dog Charleston. I couldn't get my "regular" mobile vet to respond about coming to the house because it was Charlestons time. I had to find someone to help my boy pass and in my escalated emotional state I started calling around to find someone to come that morning. After several calls and not having luck finding anyone that could get to my home that day I thank God dialed Charleston Mobile Vet. Dr. Jennifer dropped what she was doing and was at my house in less than an hour. Dr. Jennifer is compassionate and gentle with a zen like energy which I needed; probably more than Charleston. She was excellent with both of us. I really can't thank her enough for helping my Charleston pass in the comfort of his home and in his bed where he was most comfortable. I highly recommend Charleston Mobile Vet and Dr. Jennifer. Thank you for being there for us.

We are so grateful Dr. Velasco was able to drive out to us so we could say goodbye to our sweet Rocky boy at home, especially because he never really liked car rides. She is incredibly kind and compassionate, and it was definitely the most peaceful experience we’ve had saying goodbye to one of our pets. We can’t thank her and her husband enough ❤️

I cannot recommend Dr. Velasco enough. She was extremely compassionate, very easy to talk with, and coordinate with. She walked us through the entire process and gave me confidence that our dog was not suffering during the process. Ultimately, we were able to send our dog home in the comfort of his own environment, outdoors where he loved to lounge and it could not have been a more peaceful experience.
